Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of this website and the way we book and price plumbing work. By using the site you agree to them.
General information only
The guides and service pages on this site give general information about plumbing. They are not a diagnosis of your system and do not replace an on-site inspection. Plumbing conditions vary by building, so do not rely on a web page for a safety decision. If you smell gas or see water near electrical equipment, leave and call 911 or the gas utility.
Booking and pricing
Service is booked by phone. We give you a price before work starts, based on what we know at that time. If we find something different once we open a wall or run a camera, we explain the change and you decide whether to go ahead. Cost factors listed on this site are explanations, not quotes.
Emergencies
This website is not an emergency service. For a fire, a medical emergency or electrical contact with water, call 911. For a gas leak, leave the building and call South Jersey Gas at 1-800-582-7060 or 911. For a plumbing emergency, call our 24/7 line and read the steps on our burst pipe repair page while you wait.
Payment and scheduling
Payment terms and accepted methods are explained when you book. Appointment times depend on the schedule and on conditions at the property, and same-day service is offered when available. If we need to reschedule, we will tell you as soon as we know.
Local facts and links
We cite published sources for local facts and try to keep them current, but utility phone numbers, rules and conditions change. Confirm with the agency involved before relying on them. Links to outside sites are provided for convenience, and we do not control their content.
Permits and codes
Permit requirements vary by job and by town. Ask your local construction office what applies to your project. Work in New Jersey is subject to the state's Uniform Construction Code as enforced by your local construction official.
Limits of liability
We provide this website as is. To the extent the law allows, Atlantic City Express Plumbing is not liable for losses that result from using the information on this site. This does not limit any rights you have under New Jersey law for work we perform at your property.
Changes and governing law
We may change these terms and will update the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Questions go to contact@expressplumberatlanticcity.com. See also our privacy policy and our list of services.
